Great hibiscus tea

Delicious and smooth hibiscus tea. Great tart and zingy flavor, no murkiness or particulates in my cup.

Tasty and Soothing Hibiscus Tea

I find this hibiscus tea tasty, easy to make, and soothing. I particularly enjoy drinking it while working at night as it helps me relax and focus. The tea has a nice, rich flavor and is caffeine-free, which is a bonus for late-night consumption. The antioxidant and vitamin C benefits are great for overall health, making it a good addition to my nightly routine.

Good flavor and color, decent value, well packaged

I usually bag my own loose leaf tea, and I brew 4 quarts of iced tea a day for the family. I don’t like drinking plain water and after a quart of iced tea I want something else so I like to keep hibiscus and/or green tea on hand for a low/no caffeine change up. The hibiscus I had been brewing for myself is organically grown while flower from Mexico and I liked supporting small farmers who were to bring back landrace varieties of corn. But I will admit that I found that I had to use a lot of this hibiscus to get the flavor I would expect and even then I never got good color out of it. Also, while I bag my own tea so I can use the cleanest tea bags available, I have to admit that sometimes I want a break from the hassle. I saw this LeafLea and decided to give it a try. I microwaved 16ounces of water in a glass bottle and put one tea bag in it and let it steep for a while, then I squeezed the tea bag and put in one packet of stevia and put it in the fridge. The result is perfect iced hibiscus tea with amazing color and the flavor you’d expect. Tea at our local coop is usually like 18 bags in a box for like six bucks, so this LeafLea is on par with that at 40 bags for twelve bucks. The only thing that could make this LeafLea better is if it was certified organic. Five stars, love it!

Great quality

Really enjoyed this vibrant tea. Great quality, I actually made 2 cups out of one tea bag. You get a lot of bags for the price. I also made Ice Tea with lemon using this and it's just marvelous.

Don't Taste Much

I'm beginning to think it's me. I had one hibiscus tea that was very flavorful but then found out it had other ingredients. So maybe hibiscus tea is supposed to be like colored water with a tiny bit of flavor. That's what this is. It's very red and smells strong when it is dry, but I really don't taste much after letting it steep. I guess I'll stick with black tea.
